Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the +ONE platform ("Service"), operated by PNT Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at plusntrust@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. Refunds for cancelled events are processed automatically to the original payment method. +ONE is a marketplace — event organizers are solely responsible for the events they list.

5. Ticket Transfers

You may transfer valid tickets to other +ONE users. Transferred tickets cannot be reversed once accepted by the recipient. You may not resell tickets at a price higher than face value through the +ONE platform.

6. Event Organizers

Organizers must provide accurate event information and comply with all applicable laws. Organizers are responsible for fulfilling the event as described. +ONE reserves the right to remove events or suspend organizer accounts that violate these terms.

Payouts to organizers are processed after the event concludes, subject to a settlement period. +ONE charges a platform fee on each transaction, which is deducted before payout.

If you cancel an event, all buyers are refunded in full. Any payouts already made for that event will be reversed and recovered from your connected Stripe account. Organizers are responsible for non-recoverable payment processing costs arising from a cancellation; +ONE may deduct such amounts from your pending or future payouts. Repeated or late cancellations may result in loss of publishing privileges or account suspension.

7. Fees and Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. +ONE charges a service fee on each ticket purchase, displayed at checkout. All prices are in the currency specified by the event organizer.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Circumvent security measures, including bot protection
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent event listings
  • Resell tickets above face value using the platform

9. Intellectual Property

The +ONE name, logo, and all associated branding are the property of PNT Group, LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent. Content uploaded by users (event images, descriptions) remains the property of the uploader, but you grant +ONE a license to display it on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

+ONE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNT Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PNT Group, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
